An estimate is all we need — the real charge comes from the measured dry weight.

20lb estimated

About one full kitchen-size bag. There's a $90 minimum order, about 20 lb. We weigh your laundry dry when it arrives and bill from that — you'll see the scale reading on your invoice.

When would you like it back?

Standard Back within 48 hours — and usually the same day anyway Included Same day, guaranteed Collected by 3pm, back with you the same evening +$30

Most orders come back the same day anyway. The $30 buys the guarantee, not the speed — choose it when you genuinely need it back tonight.

Detergent

Fragrance-free Lightly scented

Softener

Yes, please No softener

Product choices are proposed for launch and depend on what we can source consistently. We'll confirm before your first order.

Anything needing separate handling? These aren't part of the per-pound rate. Tell us here and we'll confirm whether we can take them and what it costs — before we collect.
