Cleaning
The cleaning side works differently: there's no monthly fee and nothing prepaid. Commit to a rhythm and you simply pay a lower rate on every visit.

Start DiamondLaundry memberships are prepaid monthly, because you're reserving machine time and a set allowance. Cleaning memberships aren't prepaid at all — you're reserving a slot in the schedule, and you pay per visit at a lower rate.
Nothing stops you running a laundry membership and a cleaning Membership side by side — plenty of households will want the same crew handling both. Book them separately for now; a combined account is on the list.
How billing works
Memberships are prepaid and renew on the 1st of each month. You'll see the recurring total and the renewal date before you sign up, and again on every receipt.
Both the price and the allowance are scaled to the days left in the month. Pickups stay whole visits — never a fraction — and delivery is charged only for the pickups you actually get.
If you join in the final seven days, we don't bill a stub month. You get one starter order at your plan's rate — paid after weighing — and the membership begins on the next 1st.
